The Travel Triangle team was very proactive in ensuring payments were made, but once that was completed, there were no calls or follow-ups from them before, during, or even after the trip. This lack of courtesy was quite surprising, especially for a company that claims to focus on customer service. On the other hand, AD Tours & Travels, and especially our travel consultant Seema, were exceptional. Seema went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. The hotels chosen were fantastic, the vehicle provided was comfortable, and our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a small issue with our guide, Mr. Tashi, but Seema quickly addressed it, demonstrating excellent customer care. Overall, AD Tours & Travels saved the experience for us with their dedicated service, but Travel Triangle’s lack of follow-up and support was disappointing. I highly recommend AD Tours & Travels for their professionalism, but I hope Travel Triangle improves its post-booking customer engagement in the future.

The bus captain was quite amiable and was always drove with cool mind ensuring absolute safety. The hotel staff was well informed by our tour operator GreenZone (Sharmila Ma'am). It is highly notable that Sharmila Ma'am always responded all our questions how much ever basic and silly could be within no time. She has her WhatsApp always on, and gives a lot of priority to customers' queries and always answers promptly. Her continuous help and guidance made our journey very well informed and comfortable as we knew where we are ad what we are supposed to do. Our guide Ugyen and driver Sonam were the best. They both were very patient with us. Ugyen was able to give us all the details of the sites we visited. Driver Sonam was a perfect and reliable driver during the whole time through the mountains. His driving skills were really superb and appreciable. he agent a few months before. The agent informed us that they have to pay SDF charges of $100 per day. but not informed about US citizens obtain Visa before arriving in Bhutan. This lead to 4pax denay entry to flight. 2pax arrived to Bhutan after 1 day and another 2 pax arrive after 2days due to this issue. During hike to Tigers nest only 1 guide was avilable for the group of about 25 people and this lead to delays. One of the programme called Live Musium is not worth for the entrance fee of Nu1000 per pax.
